My husband and I chose this grill restaurant through trip. Some reviews were not very positive. But our experience was. Kind and heartfelt welcome. Very attentive service. The furnishings of the room are simple, but the environment is clean. Let's move on to the food: absolutely try the cuoppo. Everything was delicious, especially the heart of ham cooked at low temperature! The sauces are very delicious. I followed, the black pork fillet with truffle melted in your mouth! Exquisite. Ditto for my husband's cut. Homemade chips, a real achievement. We finished with some fresh strawberries. For us, it deserves 5 stars and it was a positive experience. Ps: value for money, fair in my opinion: 63 we didn't take wine. Well done Michele!

Excellent dishes. We loved the appetizers. The meat very good. The service is wonderful, it is run by a family of butchers and they also sell their products. Recommended and we will definitely return.

The gist of my review is without a shadow of a doubt the top, the best, the most you could wish for in a butcher's grill.Starting from the food factor which is the Pearl of this restaurant, I can't help but give excellence to the products and quality, unfortunately the photos cannot speak, otherwise they too would convey the same feeling.Fast and impeccable service with really smart guys who also know how to explain to you what you want to eat, perhaps for those who are not experts in cuts... (Speaking of meat)... They are kind, professional and helpful.Hats off to the owner Michele, who personally knows how to advise you and works hard to please every single guest.A warm and welcoming environment, rustic like a self-respecting Braceria wants,Where tranquility is at home and you can eat in total relaxation.... Because for me when it comes to eating meat, it means being completely immersed in the village tradition.

We went to Michele's for dinner by doing a search on TripAdvisor as we were in the area. We were honestly a little taken aback by the negative reviews about Michele. I would say inappropriate. Anyway, perfect dinner. Appetizer with fried cuoppo rating 10. Perfect frying. Very tender sliced chianina. My wife had a pork fillet with truffle, score 11. Delicious fresh fried potatoes and a side of grilled vegetables. . We didn't take wine. 5 stars deserved because we paid 63 euros in total. I would say very honest for having eaten top quality meat. A discovery made by pure chance that turned out to be sensational. This place perfectly manages to combine a grill with an old-fashioned Samnite trattoria that is no longer easy to find. Outside of the gastroghetto circuits, lots of smoke and little roast, this grill is pure substance, from the selection and quality of the products, to the portions, to the execution of the dishes, even the bread is noteworthy with a thick and crunchy crust. Despite being a butcher's grill, the menu presents a vast choice which however revolves around a clear and clear identity: the territory is tradition, without frills and without trendy dishes (fortunately!) Special mention for the mix of hot appetizers made with the fifth quarter and all the Samnite specialties with offal, I hope to be able to try it on the next visit. The caciocavallo with porcini mushrooms is excellent, the braised meat is excellent. The sandwich with bacon and mushroom aubergines is excellent, especially for the soft and succulent bun. The red pezzata fiorentina is excellent, with an intense, aromatic flavour, impeccable meltability of the meat accompanied by hand-cut fried potatoes. Honest prices especially for the meat. The owner in the room is very nice and politely manages to propose and guide you well in your choice. A place that deserves to be visited regularly. Compliments.

The food is really good, average prices, everything tasty, precise and attentive service. Must try from starters to main courses. With adjoining butcher's shop. Parking in the square in front, wine that does not disappoint. All very good, we will certainly return.
